Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. A lot of our customers are, but most of our clients are not technical at all—that’s the whole point. You tell us who you’re trading with and how you work today, and we handle the mappings, specs, and testing in the background while explaining things in plain English.

Can you work with my current EDI provider?

Often, yes - but it depends. We can either work alongside your existing provider (using their mailbox/connection) or help you transition off if that makes more sense. During your 15-Minute Analysis call, we’ll review what you already have in place and recommend the simplest path forward—not push a rip-and-replace.

How long does it take to go live?

For a typical small or mid-sized distributor, most retailer connections go live in 2–4 weeks once we have all the specs and test data. Some retailers move faster, some slower, but we’ll give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated all the way through testing and approval.

What if I only have one retailer?

Congrats! That’s totally fine. Many clients start with a single key retailer and expand later. We’ll design your setup so it’s solid for today and easy to extend when you add more retailers, channels, or warehouses.

Do you integrate with my WMS/ERP?

In most cases, yes. We can push and pull data to common ERPs, WMS, and accounting systems—or design a simple workflow using files and imports if you’re on something custom. On your 15-Minute Analysis call, we’ll look at your current systems and outline the cleanest integration path.

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding is structured but simple:
